Couple's quiet getaway with memorable moments

From the second we arrived, everyone was helpful and friendly. I had the Red level room which gave us access to a private dining area for hors d'oeuvre and drinks before heading out. The room had a nice balcony overlooking the marina and was like a big flat with living room, dining area and big bedroom and bathroom.

It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable for the experience we had.

I had an amazing two-night stay in a Deluxe Room with Lateral Sea View where the breathtaking views left me in awe. I loved lounging by the outdoor swimming pool and relaxing in the sun terrace, perfect for unwinding. One minor hiccup was the noise from the restaurant setup early in the morning, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 🌞

i really enjoyed my stay at gran melia. the pool was a great size for swimming, and we always found sunbeds available. the location was perfect, close to some fantastic restaurants like the food market next door. i also loved the exclusive wine-tasting session with a knowledgeable sommelier – a real highlight!

Solid selection for a brief sojourn in Palma de Mallorca with incredible value for money. The pool bar had a great lunchtime menu that really hit the spot. Make sure to check out the fresh towels provided at the pool.

The hotel provided a comfortable work environment with a well-equipped business center, efficient check-in process despite late hours, and a pleasant atmosphere conducive to productivity. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering fresh options that kept me energized throughout my busy days. The staff were attentive and ensured my needs were met promptly, making my stay enjoyable and efficient.

Some amenities could be improved.

The outdoor terrace overlooking the marina was absolutely stunning! Breakfast featured freshly baked pastries and organic juices. The only downside was the noise from the club nearby 🥱. Would still recommend it for the beautiful views!

The bathroom layout also lacks privacy, as it is outside the master bedroom with glass doors, making it a bit uncomfortable for families. Some extra costs for room upgrades seemed steep given the overall value, especially as several amenities felt more basic than expected for a luxury stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay, especially the breathtaking views of the marina and the Palma Cathedral from our Premium Room. The staff was incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable experience.

Staying in the Deluxe Room with Lateral Sea View was a delight, enhanced by the breathtaking views and the personal touches, including a birthday gift for my partner. The breakfast spread offered a good variety of quality food, and the service from staff, especially Pedro, was exceptional.
